Due to the nature of our products, all Wellness Boxes, Books, Journals, and Card Decks are final sale and non-returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wellness Boxes and curated gift boxes
• Journals and books
  
• Card decks and printed affirmation or wellness tools
• Any items that include or provide access to digital content

Why we do not accept returns on these items

Because of hygiene considerations, personal-use items, consumables, and digital access content, these products cannot be resold once opened or handled. In addition, return shipping both ways would likely damage the packaging and require full replacement of the box, which significantly impacts both cost and sustainability.

If something isn’t quite right

If an item isn’t exactly what you expected, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we encourage you to share or pass along unused items to a friend or family member who may enjoy them. Our hope is that everything finds its perfect home.

Damaged, defective, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing,  please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will always make it right by offering a replacement, sending the missing item, or providing an appropriate resolution. CS@earthandfern.com
