We take great care in preparing every order so it arrives safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
All Wellness Boxes ship free within the United States.
Shipping Methods by Product Type
- Wellness Boxes: Shipped via UPS Ground (Free Shipping)
- Books, Journals, and Card Decks: Shipped via USPS Media Mail
- Greeting Cards (standalone orders): Shipped via USPS Mail/Ground
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times (Wellness Boxes)
- Eastern U.S.: 2–3 business days after shipment
- Central / Midwest U.S.: 3–4 business days after shipment
- Western U.S.: 4–5 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a fair resolution.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you have complex delivery needs, we recommend using a secure or monitored delivery address.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the product and destination.
